White Flower Cake Shoppe does not issue refunds to original payment method for any orders. As outlined by the following, a refund in the form of a gift card may be issued in specific circumstances and at the discretion of management. In the event that White Flower Cake Shoppe cannot complete your order, a refund will be issued. No cash refunds under any circumstances.

Terms and Conditions:

Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to the pick up date may be refunded to a gift card at the discretion of management. Cancellations requested 7 days or less prior to pick up date are non-refundable. These terms apply to orders totaling less than $400. Orders totaling over $400 are completely non-refundable.

White Flower Cake Shoppe typically requires full payment for orders to be placed, however, orders placed more than 7 days prior to pick up are eligible for a 50% deposit with final payment due on the day of pick up.

Changes such as, but not limited to, size, flavor, design, message, color, pick up date, will not be accepted with less than 7 days notice.

Orders totaling over $400 have final payments due 14 days prior to the due date of the order.

The customer agrees, by placing an order, that once the cake picked up it is accepted “as-is” and cannot be returned nor is it eligible for refund. If the person who ordered the cake is not the person who comes to pick up the cake, the same rule applies where once the cake is received by the person who picks up, the cake is accepted “as-is” and may not be returned and is not eligible for refund.
