Refund Policy

Your purchased physical product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. They must be in the their original, unused condition. After we have received the return, we will issue a full refund for the product but not the shipping cost, through the same method of payment used to purchase the product.

All Sales Final. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, all sales are final, and no returns, replacements or refunds are permitted. If a replacement, return or refund is granted for any transaction in White Flower’s sole discretion, the transaction may be reversed, and you may no longer be able to access the Services that you acquired through that transaction.
